Rakib Rayhan, M.D., Ph.D., is a general neurologist with Johns Hopkins Community Physicians. Dr. Rayhan has expertise in assessing and managing complex neurological diseases. Dr. Rayhan enjoys the unique opportunity of caring for patients in both the hospital and clinical settings while treating the broad-spectrum of all neurological diseases. On any day, he may be managing a rare neuromuscular case in the hospital or following-up with a patient's migraine headaches at his clinic. Dr. Rayhan also has a deep interest in translational medicine after completing his Ph.D. thesis in the development of novel neuroimaging biomarkers. He is a firm believer in integrating the most up-to-date and cutting-edge treatments for the betterment of his patients. Dr. Rayhan grew up in the DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia metropolitan area) and is an avid D.C. sports fan. On the weekends, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
